Volunteer Waiver

Each of the undersigned agrees as follows: That I am participating in this event/project as a volunteer, that I will not undertake tasks that are beyond my ability, and that I will follow the rules and regulations of the Bolsa Chica Ecological Reserve as posted. I give permission for my image to be used in any/all promotional video and photographs taken while I am participating in this event/project. I release and discharge, agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Bolsa Chica Stewards, the Bolsa Chica Land Trust, and the California Department of Fish and Wildlife and State Lands, their agents, employees and representatives from all claims, demands, actions or judgments which I, or my heirs, executors, administrators or assigns, may have for any and all injuries or damages, known and unknown, caused by or arising out of my participation in this event/project. The Bolsa Chica Land Trust will require all volunteers to adhere to current CDC/CA Dept of Fish and Wildlife guidelines and recommendations regarding the COVID-19 pandemic.
